About me
I have been teaching for six years at Chariho High School, a regional school in southern Rhode Island in Wood River Junction. The high school enrollment is 1200 students, and approximately half of the students are also in pathways within the Chariho Career and Technical School. I earned a Master of Education at the University of Rhode Island. Before becoming a teacher, I earned B.S. (Trinity University) and PhD degrees (Northwestern University) in Chemistry and was a research chemist at Air Products & Chemicals and then a product manager at Toray Plastics, America. I was raised in Texas and have lived in Rhode Island for over twenty years.
