ChemEd 2025

Frankie Petersen teaches high school science at Lincoln Southeast High School in Lincoln, NE.  She is the department chair and also an adjunct professor of chemistry for Nebraska Wesleyan University.  During her more than 17 years as an educator, she has worked on multiple curriculum teams to develop district objectives, common assessments, and pilot new materials.  She has taught diverse groups of learners from Basic Life Sciences to Advanced Placement Chemistry.  She has earned a BA in Anthrology, MA in Curriculum and Instruction, and MS in Chemistry
