About me
Rebecca Lewis is a National Board Certified teacher who has taught Chemistry, AP Chemistry and Biology for 17 years in both urban and suburban settings around the Boston area. Rebecca has designed and led professional development on formative assessment, teaching science through phenomena, and mastery-based grading and has been involved in chemistry education research for over 10 years. Prior to teaching, Rebecca completed an undergraduate degree in Psychology from New York University and graduated with an MD from UMass Medical School. In 2024, she completed an MEd in Teacher Leadership through Brandeis University.
