About me
I was a science teacher at Pomona High School (Jefferson County Schools) for 32 years. I am currently retired. At Pomona High School, I taught chemistry, organic chemistry, and AP chemistry. In addition, I developed a number of laboratory experiments, activities, and educational approaches that are published in the Journal of Chemical Education.Awards: ACS Rocky Mount Regional High School Teacher of the Year (2007); 2006 Amgen Award for Science Teaching Excellence; 2015 Outstanding High School Physical Science Teacher Colorado Association of Science Teachers; 2011 ACS Colorado High School Teaching Award
