About me
I am a 30 year vetran science teacher. I have an athletic training degree from Illinois State University, a teaching degree from Northern Illinois University, and a Masters degree in Biology education from University of Maryland. I have been involved with the ChemLEAP community and have been trained as a modeler in Physics and Chemistry. Over the course of my career I have taught nearly every science subject possible in the high school arena. The school I currently teach at is a "rual" school in Northern Illinois, just outside of the city of Rockford. We have a variety of students, some that live in the city limits of Rockford, some that live in the small town of Winnebago, and yet other students that live on various types of farms.
